Mr. Siyabulela Ndlovu has National Diploma in both Traffic and Licensing Management from Lyseum College. Mr. Ndlovu has 13 years experience in different spheres of government.
Mr. Ndlovu started working as a Traffic Officer for Johannesburg City Council in Gauteng Province, he also worked as a Senior Traffic Officer in Madibeng Local Municipality. Before he joined Moses Kotane Local Municipality as the Director Community Services, Mr. Ndlovu was working as Assistant Superintendent Traffic in Rustenburg City Council.

Katlego Terrell Gabanakgosi
Mr. Katlego Terrell Gabanakgosi qualified for a National Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1998 (Technikon Northern Transvaal), and for a B.Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering in 2005 (University of Johannesburg).
He has 9 years experience in the Engineering industry, broken down into 5 years outside South Africa (Tanzania, Botswana, Mozambique and Angola) where he practised as an Engineer for construction giants Murray and Roberts Civils, and later Grinaker-LTA West Africa.
Mr. Gabanakgosi was recruited back to South Africa in 2004 by Botshelo Water Board, where he practised for 4 years as Area Manager for Madikwe District and later the Area Manager for Kagisano Local Municipality area of Jurisdiction. He joined Moses Kotane Local Municipality in February 2008 as a Director Infrastructure and Technical Services.
Objectives
- Prepares, manages and monitors the capital and operational budget of the Directorate.

Nomaliso Wetbooi
Nomalizo Wetbooi is the Director of Strategic Management. She has 10 years experience in government including working for national and local government. She worked for the Departments of Social Development, and Provincial and Local Government before she joined Moses Kotane in November 2005. Prior to joining government she worked in the NGO sector. She has qualifications in Public Management, Fundamental Management Programme (Unisa) and currently doing Masters Public and Development Management with University of Witwatersrand

Johan Potgieter
Mr Johan Potgieter is the Chief Financial Officer of the Municipality as well as the Head of the Budget and the Treasury Office.
Mr Potgieter has 40 years experience in general and financial administration in local government, most at senior management level. He has been working for the Moses Kotane as the consultant for 7 years before he was appointed the CFO in July 2007.
Objectives
- In charge of the budget and financial planning
- Develops the council budgeting process
- Develop, manage and control the councils annual and medium term financial framework (MTEF)
- Align the budget and the MTEF with the Integrated Development Plan
- Coordinate the budget process with all departments
- Ensure the collection of rates, tariffs, taxes, surcharges, subsidies and the equitable share

Matshidiso Jacqueline Jansen
Ms. Tshidi Jansen is the Director of Corporate Services. She holds a B.Admin (Honours) in Industrial Psychology from the prestigious University of Fort Hare. She has extensive experience in Human Resources Management and 11 years experience in Local Government.
Before Ms. Jansen joined the Moses Kotane Local Municipality, she was working for Bojanala Platinum District Municipality (which is our mother-body) as the Human Resource Manager.
Objectives
- Develop and oversees the implementation programme of the long term strategic development framework for Moses Kotane.
- Ensure the effective monitoring of organizational, directorates and individual performances.
- Analyse the current and desired status and needs of Moses Kotane regarding Human Resources Legal and Valuation Services and Administrative support.
- Provide intra-directorate co-ordination regarding broad strategic planning issues to ensure administrative capacity in all directorates.
- Ensure linkage between organizational performance and performance management on directorate and individual level.
