Matshidiso Jacqueline Jansen

Ms. Tshidi Jansen is the Director of Corporate Services. She holds a B.Admin (Honours) in Industrial Psychology from the prestigious University of Fort Hare. She has extensive experience in Human Resources Management and 11 years experience in Local Government.

Before Ms. Jansen joined the Moses Kotane Local Municipality, she was working for Bojanala Platinum District Municipality (which is our mother-body) as the Human Resource Manager.

Objectives

• Develop and oversees the implementation programme of the long term strategic development framework for Moses Kotane.
• Ensure the effective monitoring of organizational, directorates and individual performances.
• Analyse the current and desired status and needs of Moses Kotane regarding Human Resources Legal and Valuation Services and Administrative support.
• Provide intra-directorate co-ordination regarding broad strategic planning issues to ensure administrative capacity in all directorates.
• Ensure linkage between organizational performance and performance management on directorate and individual level.
