Donations in the form of food parcels are continuing to pour in from good samaritans.
The MKLM in partnership with other relevant stakeholders such as Traditional leaders and Department of Social Development (DSD) just to name a few, are working tirelessly in ensuring that the most vulnerable households (Profiled by DSD) within the municipality benefit from the food relief distribution.

Montsana village received a total of 31 whilst Letlhakane got 73 food parcels. The acting Mayor Cllr Xolile Kheswa was joined by Kgosi Gasebone of Pella, Cllr Radiokana and Mr Segale Kotsedi (Director Community Services) at Letlhakane village.
Cllr Dotty Tlabyane (MMC for Rural Development and Agriculture) was distributing at Montsana with officials from DSD and MKLM.
